Here are some commonly questions from our members.

When does assistance begin after registration?

A member will be able to get assistance after a waiting period of six (6) months, regardless of prepayment.

Are contributions refundable if I withdraw from the organization?

No. A member shall not get a refund of the amount he/she paid in the event of a withdrawal from the organization. Contributions are made in trust for the benefit of the entire Ummah.

Does the Fund cover hospital bills and school fees?

Yes, these services are being planned to be implemented as the program and organization grows.

Is my spouse automatically covered?

Yes, but it is encouraged for your spouse to also register.

Can family members outside Kakamega benefit?

Yes, coverage is not restricted by location.

Where are KMBF offices located?

Mumias Town, Lumino Road (next to G4S).

How can I raise concerns or suggestions?

Each sub-county holds an Annual General Meeting (AGM) for members to raise issues, review progress, and propose improvements.
