Who Can Join?

Membership is open to practicing Muslims (Ahlus Sunnah wal Jama’a), men or women aged 18 and above, who support the ideology and vision of Kakamega Muslim Benevolent Fund (KMBF).

Requirements

  • Registration Fee: Ksh 100 (one-time, non-refundable).

  • Monthly Contribution: Ksh 100 per member (paid by the 5th of each month).

  • Principal member

  • Spouse(s)

  • Children under 18 years

  • Biological parents and in-laws

Eligibility: Typically open to individuals who meet specific criteria, such as professionals in a particular field.

Benefits: Access to events, networking opportunities, and resources.

Eligibility: For individuals who have made a long-term commitment to the organization.

Eligibility: For organizations that want to support the organization's mission.

 MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION AND REJOINING

Termination of Membership

  • Non-payment of contributions for 3 months

  • Voluntary withdrawal

  • Misconduct or malpractice

  • Leaving the faith of Islam

  • Death

Rejoining

Members who leave may reapply by paying a re-registration fee of Ksh 500.
